This role involves collaborating with R&D and marketing teams to deliver polished and impactful documentation, including user manuals, sell sheets, demo videos, and e-commerce listings.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and write comprehensive user manuals for diverse product categories.
- Research product specifications and collaborate with R&D teams to ensure content accuracy.
- Write and proofread sell sheets, demo scripts, and marketing materials with extreme attention to detail.
- Edit content created by other team members to maintain quality standards.
- Assist the marketing manager with additional projects in a fast-paced environment.
