Key Responsibilities

- Instruction and Facilitation : Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques. Create an interactive learning environment and provide constructive feedback to participants.
- Needs Assessment : Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and customize programs for different teams or departments.
- Compliance Monitoring : Ensure training programs align with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain records to demonstrate compliance with DOH standards and other relevant benchmarks.
- Evaluation and Feedback : Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and collect feedback to continuously improve programs.
