We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist with expertise in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll and workforce management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting UKG systems to ensure seamless integration and efficient payroll processing. This is a hands-on role, focusing on system setup, troubleshooting, and client support—no team management required.
Key Responsibilities
- UKG Implementation : Configure and implement UKG Payroll, Workforce Central, or Dimensions to meet business needs.
- Payroll System Integration : Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor regulations.
- Client Support & Troubleshooting : Resolve technical and functional issues during and after implementation.
- Training & Documentation : Guide users on system functionality and best practices.
- Data Migration & Testing : Ensure smooth transition of payroll and workforce data from legacy systems.
