A well-established company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, and fleet operations while reporting directly to the Plant Manager . This role requires strong leadership and a systematic approach to ensure smooth, professional operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
- Manage a team of 15-18 employees (warehouse staff, office personnel, and drivers).
- Ensure efficient logistics and fleet management .
- Implement and maintain systems for workflow efficiency.
- Maintain safety, compliance, and operational excellence .
