GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Sr. Client Treasury Specialist is responsible for taking an active role in all department processes. Some of these include processing money movements requests on behalf of clients, communicating with both internal and external partners, helping to train and develop department team members, working with regional offices / acquisitions for Money Movement requests, and other ad hoc projects as necessary.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process money movement requests from Wealth Managers and Client Service Specialists (CSSs) immediately and to the highest degree of accuracy to prevent errors and financial risk / loss.
- Develop relationships with internal partners (Compliance, Operations, Client Accounting, Integrations, Funds Administration, Wealth Managers, CSSs, and others) to establish confidence and trust.
- Work with internal and external partners (banks and investment custodians) to resolve issues and ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Assist in training and developing of other Treasury associates.
- Work with Integrations group to help new acquisitions adapt into the Money Movement workflow.
- Conduct training with regional offices and acquisitions to use SharePoint for Money Movement requests.
- Answer questions and advise on Treasury procedures for internal partners.
- Identify problems and troubleshoot to determine the best solution for the client and MAI.
- Review/approve/release payments from AgilLink system for Bill Pay clients.
- Constantly seek ways to improve processes for better efficiency.
EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or related field preferred
- 3 – 5 years in financial services industry, banking or treasury experience preferred
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Certification a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Familiar with accounting software – AgilLink preferred.

- Expert of how to function within DocuSign, Fidelity Wealthscape, Google Authenticator, VIP Access, Sharepoint, Schwab Advisor Center.
- Ability to analyze a problem, come up with a solution, and implement that solution within appropriate timeframe.

Salary : $50,400 - $63,000
