Role Description
This is a full-time Bi Lingual role for a culture coordinator at Maid Brigade in our White Plains office. This is a unique position!
The Team Office admin will be responsible for the daily wake up of the office arriving before our team bright and early at 7am, getting everything ready, awake and starting the day strong.
A confident, independent self-starter with competitive drive, initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. Can react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with ideas for dealing with them.
You will assist in administrative assistance to the teams, handling phone etiquette, customer inquiries and responses, managing office equipment, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
We have a team gathering on Fridays where we provide education as well as a meal for everyone to develop our personal and professional this team member would be organizing, planning, help select educational topics as well as plan company engagements. This role would require event planning for Fridays, cooking for the team on Fridays, making it a fun filled day.
We take pride in the culture of excellence. Social media will also be a responsibility in this role, you will manage communications, creativity, and engagement. This team member is a well rounded coordinator for both our clients and our team members. Creativity and high energy are a must for this role. An innovative, "outside the box" thinker who is undaunted by the day to day. Comfortably fluent and fast talk, in volume. Enthusiastically persuades and motivates others by considering their point of view and adjusting delivery
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Equipment skills
- Comfortable cooking and planning events
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Service abilities
- Strong Communication skills in both Spanish and English (FLUENT ONLY)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in office administration or customer service
This Role is full time M-F , Monday - Thursday 7am - 12pm potentially 1pm as needed. Fridays are 7am-7pm
Fluent Bi Lingual in both Spanish and English is a must. There will be many opportunities that conversational problem solving in both languages will be a requirement. Please note, your second interview within the company if you progress will be entirely in Spanish.
