Maid Bright is currently seeking a full-time bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service and Crew Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Providing our clients with exceptional customer service over the phone and e-mail.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintaining and updating the customer database
- Maintaining good communication with the office and cleaning staff
- Reviewing customer instructions with the cleaning staff
- A valid U.S. driver's license with a good driving record
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Written Oral).
- Consent to Criminal Background Check
- Exceptional customer service skills/Sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with a large team.
- Computer/Software Experience (MS Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar)
- Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
