We are seeking a motivated and personable Reruiter/Team Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and contributing to the success of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, interview, and onboard new cleaning team members.
- Ensure all new hires are trained effectively and set up for success.
- Team Morale & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through team-building initiatives and regular check-ins.
- Recognize and reward outstanding team performance to boost morale and motivation.
- Organize team appreciation events or small gestures to show gratitude for their hard work.
- Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the cleaning team and company management, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Share updates, reminders, and best practices to keep the team informed and aligned.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance team performance and suggest improvements to hiring, training, or operational processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment, team coordination, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Familiarity with the house cleaning or service industry is a plus.
Hours & Compensation:
- Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 15-20 hours per week).
