Responsibilities:

• Lead a professional cleaning team on the jobsite to ensure the clean is completed efficiently and effectively
• Dynamic problem solving when issues arise on the job site
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensure that our services exceed their expectations
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to ensure that they are meeting and exceeding expectations
• Work hand in hand with the Operations and Office Managers to ensure processes are relevant and teams have everything they need
• Perform cleaning duties alongside team members to meet predetermined cleaning specifications

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
