Housekeeper/Cleaner

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments such as residential, airbnb, and small office.

Responsibilities:

- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to update availability schedule every 2 weeks.
- Proactive to contact the office immediately if you cannot make it to the job as soon as possible so another cleaner can be assigned and maintain customer satisfaction.

- Notify office if scope of cleaning is greater than expected or described.

- Do an initial walkthrough to confirm scope of clean. Do a final walkthrough to make sure everything was taken care of as expected.

- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Familiar with deep cleans, recurring cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and construction cleans.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas as described in the checklist and per type of clean requested.
- Handle waste and recycling removal
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in cleaning, sorry cleaning your own home does not count as its different when you clean for customers.

- Valid Driver's license, reliable transportation, your cleaning supplies, ability to pass a background check (at our expense), and most importantly a great customer service skills and able to provide a great clean.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a cleaning environment

This is an outstanding position if you like to supplement your cleaning or work schedule with additional residential cleaning jobs around the SF Bay Area. We offer a flexible schedule you can pick the jobs and locations you are willing to work at. In the beginning you will start as part time and these position will grow into a full schedule.
