Summary: As an Indoor Sanitation Technician, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within assigned offices. Reporting to the Team Leader, your core responsibilities will include industrial cleaning and sanitation, ensuring compliance with MOP standards. Your skills in commercial cleaning of business offices will contribute to the overall efficiency of all tasks. General duties:
- Dusting, sanitizing and polishing surfaces in common areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Polishing appliances and glass
- Sweeping and mopping floors or vacuuming mats and carpeted areas
- Empty waste receptacles of various sizes
- Restock tissue, paper towel and soap dispensers
- Reporting malfunctions such as dead light bulbs
The best candidate possesses the following:
- On time to work. Shows up clean and in the established uniform.
- Possess a working smartphone that can take pictures, attach to an email and send on the same day.
- No smoking or vaping on or in the premises.
- Able to read, decipher and follow a task list.
- Prioritizes and keeps time while working.
- Can receive instructions and coaching from trainer without conflict.
- Uses best professional manners with teammates and clients.
