Position Summary:
As a Professional House Cleaner, you will work as part of a three-person team to provide comprehensive cleaning services to our clients. This is a Monday-Friday position with daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed residential cleaning tasks according to company standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude, providing excellent customer service.
- Safely operate and maintain company-provided cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Travel to client locations in a company vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to comfortably and safely operate a company vehicle.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in homes with pets (dogs and cats).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
