House Cleaning Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner Supervisor to join our team. As a House Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that residential properties are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional cleaning services and exceed customer expectations. You will lead and manage a Team of 2 others and Travel in Company Vehicle. Looking for someone that wants to be a Part of our Family owned business and help us to build our Clientel and to be #1 in both Indianapolis and Fort Wayne markets!

Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate with customers to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences

-Oversee your team, direct and review each members work to assure company standards are being met.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and housekeeping management practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Good communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner

- Drivers License is required for this position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
