Maid Right is seeking a Part time office Assistant to join our team. As the office Assistant you will be responsible for handling incoming telephone calls and web leads, converting cleaning services to potential customers by phone, scheduling customers, and communicating with cleaning teams. You will also help maintain social media postings on Facebook, Instagram, and other outlets. You will receive training on Maid Right's cleaning system.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming telephone calls and web leads
- Convert cleaning services by phone to potential customers
- Schedule customer cleaning and communicate with cleaning teams
- Help maintain social media postings on Facebook, Instagram, and other outlets
- Support cleaning teams in the field, Assist in resolving issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer database and schedule
- Participate in community engagement activities by building brand awareness.
- Assist with other office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Strong phone, computer, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time
- Customer service experience
- Valid Driver License
- Able to work regular office hours
