Our cleaning system is both effective and easy to learn, so you can quickly become proficient in your role. Responsibilities:
- Clean residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively when on a team of two cleaners
- Follow our Maid Right cleaning system to ensure consistency and quality
- Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services
- Maintain company equipment and cleaning supplies
What were are looking for:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Personal smartphone with service required
- Background check will be conducted for all hires
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Positive, professional attitude

- Ability to clean multiple houses per day
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
