About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join Maid Right of Duluth in Lawrenceville, GA. As a Laundry Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of cleanliness and organization for our clients' homes. Clients' laundry will be delivered to your doorstep, so no driving is required. Having a washer and dryer is optional, as clothes can also be washed at a laundromat.
Responsibilities :
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to specific instructions and guidelines.
- Ensure proper handling and care of all linens and clothing items.
- Ziploc any items found in customers' laundry such as money, cards, or makeup, and return them to the customer.
- Adhere to health and safety standards while handling laundry chemicals.
- Follow customer request guidelines.
- Weigh laundry using a scale for payment by weight.
- Prior experience in laundry operations preferred.
- Experience as a Popplin or Happy Nest attendant encouraged to apply.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and carry laundry loads.
- Must have a scale to weigh laundry.
