Professional Cleaner

Maid Right of Fort Bend is looking for experienced, hard working, reliable, and positive home and office cleaning contractors to grow with our Brand.

We operate Monday through Saturday and are closed on major holidays! You choose your schedule availability. We will conduct in person interviews at our office in Fort Bend County for applicants that qualify.

What You Can Expect from Us

• Maid Right provides training and ongoing support including job booking for our contractors.
• You choose your schedule. We operate Monday through Saturday.
• No night or Sunday work.
• Appreciation for being the best part of our client's day, everyday.
• We revenue share with our contractors via commission on every completed job.
• We service Fort Bend and Harris County including Katy, Richmond, Fulshear, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, Stafford, Memorial, and Sienna Plantation.

What We Need From You

• Texas Driver's License with reliable transportation to get jobs.
• Must have your own cleaning equipment: mop, vacuum, broom, duster, towels/rags, and cleaning solutions for various surfaces such as hardwood, tile, etc.
• Attend training and orientation for 4 days at Fort Bend Office.
• 1-2 years of cleaning or similar experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the team.
• Punctuality and reliability are critical.
• A clean criminal record is preferred; applicants with a criminal history may not be considered.
• 18 years old and Authorized to work in the US for any employer
• Willingness to learn The Maid Right Cleaning Process.
