Job Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations.
Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment; understand and comply with workplace safety regulations.
Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual inspections, listening for irregular noises, and conducting scheduled testing as appropriate.
Monitor, identify and respond promptly to signs of malfunction in machinery such as changes in performance, temperature fluctuations, sounds, smells, or atypical energy usage; perform troubleshooting for production machinery.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Conduct inspections to identify issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
Perform routine and emergency repairs on various types of machinery, including mechanical, electric, and hydraulic; identify and replace worn or damaged parts.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Use a variety of power and hand tools .
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role with experience in a mechanical and manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Experience with HVAC / R systems and industrial mechanics
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and tools
Ability to perform stick welding for repairs and fabrication
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
May be required to work weekends.
