Job Description:
ATX Maid Clean is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaners for Airbnb and Residential Properties. We take pride in providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients, and we are looking for team members who share our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in Airbnb properties and residential homes to meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and other areas as required.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust to ensure that all surfaces are clean and free from debris.
- Change bed linens and towels, as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored safely and in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and address specific cleaning requests.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, if necessary.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
