Responsibilities:
- Oversee Team Support: Provide leadership and assistance to team members, ensuring their needs are met to perform their roles effectively.
- Conduct Inspections: Perform on-site inspections to ensure cleaners deliver high-quality service that meets company standards.
- Handle Hiring and Termination: Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while managing termination processes when necessary.
- Provide Worker Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to cleaners to support professional growth and maintain service excellence.
- Schedule Cleaners and Managers: Organize and manage schedules for cleaners and managerial staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage Billing and Payroll Reports: Oversee client billing and prepare accurate payroll reports to maintain financial accuracy.
- Facilitate Client and Cleaner Communications: Serve as a liaison for both client inquiries and cleaner updates, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Manage Off-Site Laundry Logistics: Oversee the collection, cleaning, and delivery of off-site laundry services to meet client expectations.
- Monitor and Adjust Company Budgets: Work within the company’s budget to ensure financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle Client Feedback: Address client concerns or suggestions professionally to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, scheduling, or a similar role.
