Job Description:
We are a loving family of five in New Milford, NJ, seeking a responsible and experienced Live-In Babysitter/Housekeeper to help manage our busy household. We have three children, ages 7, 5, and 1, and we need someone who can assist with getting everyone out the door on time in the mornings, maintain the cleanliness and organization of our home during the day, and help with our children's evening routine after school.
Responsibilities:
- Morning Support: Help the children with breakfast, getting dressed, and ensuring they are ready for school. Assist with school drop-offs as needed.
- Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the house while the children are in school. This includes cleaning, laundry, and general household organization.
- Evening Routine: After school, help with the children’s supervision and activities, and provide another set of hands through the dinner, bath time, and bed time routines.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of childcare and cleaning experience, preferably as a live-in nanny.
- Strong organizational skills and a good eye for detail in keeping a tidy home.
- Experience with children, especially those in the toddler and early childhood age ranges.
- Positive, caring, and patient demeanor, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
- References: Must provide at least two references from previous employers.
- English language skills are required.
- Driver with a valid license is preferred, but not mandatory.
