What You Can Expect:

• Competitive Pay: We pay hourly, starting at $17.5/hour immediately after probationary period in addition to bonuses (up to $18/hour)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and assist with training team members
• Perform routine and deep cleaning services (one-time, monthly, bi-weekly, weekly)
• Inspect work to ensure high-quality standards
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies
• Attend company meetings and alignment sessions with management
• Provide excellent customer service and communication

Additional Requirements:

• Must be good with animals, children, and seniors
• Team Leaders must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Reliable vehicle less than 12 years old with under 130K miles required
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time
