- Competitive Pay: We pay hourly, starting at $17.5/hour immediately after probationary period in addition to bonuses (up to $18/hour)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and assist with training team members
- Perform routine and deep cleaning services (one-time, monthly, bi-weekly, weekly)
- Inspect work to ensure high-quality standards
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies
- Attend company meetings and alignment sessions with management
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
Additional Requirements:
- Must be good with animals, children, and seniors
- Team Leaders must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Reliable vehicle less than 12 years old with under 130K miles required
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time
