We are seeking a diligent Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our facilities.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairways
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing floors
- Assist with residential painting tasks as needed
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and functional environment
Experience
- Proven experience in custodial, porter, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning roles
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $110.00 per week
