Position Title: Client Relationship Manager
Maiden Cove Capital is seeking a Client Relationship Manager who is a self-starter with a knack for client engagement and operational efficiency. This pivotal role bridges client service excellence with financial planning precision, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Best-in-Class Service: Provide exceptional client experiences by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Optimize Workflows: Proactively manage and streamline workflows to enhance productivity using strong organizational skills.
- Enhance Efficiency: Continuously seek ways to improve operational processes while maintaining high accuracy.
- Client Onboarding: Lead scheduling, email management, and client onboarding processes in financial planning systems like eMoney and Orion Planning.
- Maintain Client Profiles: Create and update detailed client profiles, ensuring accurate linking of financial accounts and data precision.
- Support Meetings: Collaborate with financial advisors to prepare for client meetings by gathering information and developing agendas.
- Action Item Management: Ensure timely and accurate follow-through on meeting commitments and action items.
- Manage Communications: Handle client communications, including scheduling appointments and preparing bulk emails to maintain strong relationships.
- Client Support: Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to account updates, transfers, and other service tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate on Initiatives: Work with operational and compliance teams to support firm initiatives and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to client service processes to improve the overall client experience.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to various projects with a proactive “can do” attitude and a commitment to team success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Relevant field.
- Experience: 4 years in client service or support roles within the financial services industry preferred.
- Proactive & Self-Starter: Demonstrates initiative, can work independently, and prioritizes tasks effectively.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal/written skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft 365, Excel, CRM, and financial planning software (e.g., Redtail, Orion Planning, eMoney).
- Detail-Oriented: Committed to high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
