As Executive Assistant, you will provide high level administrative support our Founder & CEO to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth operations. Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s schedule, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders and prioritizing conflicting demands
- Anticipate CEO’s needs and proactively handle administrative tasks to support efficiency and productivity
- Organize company events including team offsites, social events, All-Hands Presentations, and other culture-building initiatives
- Prepare agendas, notes and follow-up items for internal and external meetings
- Maintain CEO’s contacts and relationships, including updating contact lists and organizing events; draft polished and impactful communications for professional correspondence
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Assist with a variety of personal tasks, household coordination, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail with expert organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience managing complex travel arrangements
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
- Experience successfully managing the execution of complex projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High energy and ability to consistently take initiative

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
