Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, or polishing various types of flooring.
- Execute carpet cleaning when required to keep carpets looking their best.
- Provide custodial services in various areas of the home, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-maintained.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Occasionally assist with light cooking or meal preparation as requested by clients.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to ensure a safe environment for both clients and team members.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
