MaidPro is a well established residential and commercial cleaning business. We are looking for someone with leadership experience, excellent organizational skills, and an upbeat attitude to join our growing Gaylord team as a Part Time Office Coordinator.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from approx. 7:30am-Noon.
Daily Responsibilities
- Maintaining a supportive, fun, and professional environment
- Getting supplies ready for morning dispatch
- Scheduling all residential and commercial cleaning services
- Adjusting team cleaning schedules as needed
- Answering phone calls & emails
- Closing out jobs worked, ensuring accurate amounts of time are recorded
- Processing payments for cleaning services
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
