MaidPro is a well established residential and commercial cleaning business. We are looking for someone with leadership experience, excellent organizational skills, and an upbeat attitude to join our growing Gaylord team as a Part Time Office Coordinator.

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from approx. 7:30am-Noon.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a supportive, fun, and professional environment
  • Getting supplies ready for morning dispatch
  • Scheduling all residential and commercial cleaning services
  • Adjusting team cleaning schedules as needed
  • Answering phone calls & emails
  • Closing out jobs worked, ensuring accurate amounts of time are recorded
  • Processing payments for cleaning services
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
