We link up awesome independent cleaners with clients who need home, AirBnB, and commercial cleaning! As your own boss, you’ll get paid weekly and have the freedom to set your own hours. Get a flexible work schedule by being an Independent Cleaner (1099) with us. We are currently looking for qualified independent house cleaners with previous cleaning experience to join our company.

We’re looking for dependable and experienced professional cleaners for residential, Airbnb, and commercial cleaning. If you meet the following criteria, we’d love to hear from you:

You run your own cleaning business with active clients
You have at least 2 years of professional cleaning experience

You’re authorized to work in the U.S.

You have liability insurance (or are willing to get insured, we’ll guide you!)

You provide your own cleaning supplies and reliable transportation

You’re good with tech, dependable, and have great communication skills

Reliability is key! Clients count on you to show up on time and deliver high-quality work and service.

Non-exclusive - No problem if you already have your own customers. Use Maids 44 Cleaning Service to fill-in the gaps in your schedule.

Pick your territory - You set the areas that you want to work.

Make great money! - We pay an average of $15- $28 per hour, plus Tips.

Weekly or Bi-Weekly Payouts - Payouts are processed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Flexible schedule - You pick when you'd like to work. You set your own cleaning schedule. You tell us your availability. We send you the cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for.

Qualifications:

• Must Have: 2 years house cleaning experience

• Speak English (or being able to use a translator app)

• Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers

• Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance

What we're looking for:

Each qualified prospect will undergo a background screening. You must pass the screening process to be considered.

Transportation:

Your own means of getting to- and from- clients (on time!)

Supplies:

Your own cleaning products and equipment (some clients also prefer eco-friendly options)

Phone and email:

Access to a smart phone and email (and Internet connection at all times)

Once a housecleaner is accepted to work with our company, we will begin to send you jobs as soon as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will begin to build an ongoing client base.

Qualifications:

• Be available Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm

• Be able to pass a criminal background check.

• Cell phone is required

• Must speak English
