- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and clients warmly while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Utilize computer literacy to prepare documents, reports, and presentations using standard office software.
- Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
