Summary
Join a growing last-mile delivery company as a Route Supervisor. We seek a Part time supervisor to lead our driver team and keep operations running smoothly @ our West Sacramento location.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise a team of 10 part-time drivers.
- Handle basic payroll functions.
- Interviewing potential drivers.
- Train and support drivers.
- Monitor performance and meet delivery goals.
- Enforce safety and delivery standards.
- Solve delivery issues and communicate with customers.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma required (college a plus).
- 2 years of experience in logistics or delivery supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Hours:
- M-F 5am-11am.
