We are seeking a trustworthy, professional, and hardworking individual to assist in the operations of our mail holding business. You will play a vital role in helping clients with pick-ups, receiving and sorting mail/packages, and ensuring everything is handled accurately and efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with mail pick-ups, ensuring accuracy and delivery to the appropriate person
- Receive, sort, and place mail/packages into assigned mailboxes
- Answer client inquiries via email and phone
- Help clients set up private mailboxes
- Process credit card payments.

**Hours of Operation:**
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Closed on major holidays
