- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Computer skilled required
- Basic math skills required
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide pricing and delivery information.
- Set up new customer accounts.
- Highly developed attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interpersonal skills & communication skills - verbal and written (English & Spanish preferred).
- Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them and distributing packages and letters.
- Lift and handle less than or equal to 25 pounds.
