Overview

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose problems and implement solutions.
• Maintain equipment using logic controllers and ensure all systems are functioning properly.
• Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with residents or clients during maintenance tasks.
• Lead on specific projects or repairs when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on mechanical knowledge.
• understanding of electrical systems and ability to perform basic electrical repairs.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks.
• Leadership qualities to guide during projects or repairs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
