What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Mailboxes & Beyond?
Now hiring for a customer service rep. MUST have smiling and outgoing personality. Must have excellent computer and technology skills to work cell phones, tablets, computers, scanners, copiers, and more. Must be able to learn and retain lots of information, regulations, and policies. Must be detail oriented and be able to multi task in a VERY busy and fast paced environment. Must be dependable, honest, and hard working. We are a multi faceted Product and Service providing company.....This is not a boring job and you will always be busy and will learn something new EVERY day. In addition to tending customers multiple needs, you will need to be willing to do stocking, cleaning, inventory and other tasks as needed. Retail experience is preferred but not required. Hours are Monday thru Sat 9 am to 6:30pm and variable depending on candidates. Also, MUST not have pet allergies and be comfortable with dogs and cats in the workplace daily.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
