What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Sales Associate position at Mailboxes & Beyond?
Now hiring for a customer service rep to join our busy family oriented team. MUST have smiling and outgoing personality. Must have excellent computer and technology skills to work cell phones, tablets, computers, scanners, copiers, and more. Must be able to learn and retain lots of information, regulations, and policies. Must be detail oriented and be able to multi task in a VERY busy and fast paced environment. Must be dependable, honest, and hard working. Must be able to stand on your feet for hours at a time and must be able to lift 40 lbs. We are a multi faceted Product and Service providing company.....This is not a boring job and you will always be busy and will learn something new EVERY day. In addition to tending customers multiple needs, you will need to be willing to do stocking, cleaning, inventory and other tasks as needed. Retail experience is preferred but not required. Must be available Monday thru Fri 9 am to 6:30pm and at least 2 Saturdays per month from 10 to 3pm. Also, MUST not have pet allergies and be comfortable with dogs and cats in the workplace daily.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
