The Assistant Director of Nursing supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with regulations. They manage nursing staff, coordinate training, and assist in developing and implementing care policies.
The ADON must have an active RN or LPN license in VA or a multistate RN or LPN (RN preferred)
Leadership experience in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting is preferred.
