Position Title: Medical Supply Sales Associate
Result Statement: To support acquisition and retention of customers by providing positively outrageous customer service through the execution of our sales process.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers find products on shelves or order from catalog
- Verify orders with Dr. Offices.
- Verify insurance(s). Able to call insurance companies to assess coverage.
- Explain product uses to customer
- Run the cash register for proper recording of sales, returns, receipts, charges and making change
- Phones must be answered in a friendly and timely manner
- Attitude should be positive at all times since this is a very focal point of the store
- Keep inside DME area clean and clear for customer traffic
- Restock shelves and check pricing for merchandise received
- Process order as requested
- Other duties as assigned

- Qualifications
- Professional demeanor

- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Experience in retail sales helpful
- Willing to become a Certified Fitter after appropriate training

Hours needed are Monday- Friday 9-5:30 with alternating Saturdays from 8:30-2.'
