We have an immediate opening for a Customer Communications/Support Specialist located at the Newburgh office. Our Customer Communications/Support Representatives understand the importance of teamwork and possess a “customer first” attitude. The right candidate also has excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
Qualifications:

- Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in electronic customer communications via email and online help a plus
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Maintain knowledge of our products & services so that you can successfully assist customers.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the company daily operations
- Holiday coverage (rotation shared by all representatives)
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Work Location:
- Newburgh, NY - This is NOT a remote position. RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS A MUST.
Salary : $19 - $21
