What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Account Specialist position at Main Event Merchandise Grp LLC?
The Customer Service Department is the voice of Main Event Merchandise Grp LLC and driver of customer loyalty. Each Account Specialist is assigned to a specific group of customers and is responsible for building relationships through accurate order processing, creative problem solving, and timely responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, and web.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate product design and setup specification between the Customer and our Vendor Partners
- Manage the order lifecycle from project quoting through fulfillment and invoicing.
- Communicating throughout the entire order cycle including readiness to order, status of order and confirmation of order details including follow-up on shipping and delivery information
- Maintain positive and professional communication and working relationship with customers, vendor partners, and all personnel.
- Assist Customer Service Manager on special projects and assignments
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred but not required
- Previous success in a Customer Service role
- Ability to communicate at a high level both through email and interpersonal communication
- Moderate skills with Microsoft Office and learning new systems/technology
- A positive attitude with a focus on learning the industry to better service the customer
