- Anticipate demand and stay ahead of orders throughout shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and working order of work area, tools, equipment, and supplies
- Prepare and maintain par levels as required by the current menu
- Organize walk-in cooler/freezer
- Assist with inventory temp logs and waste logs
