Manage daily Safety-Security operations, which include review of daily incidents reports, oversight of campus CCure Access Control System , CCTV oversite, radio system operations, uniform and related security equipment procurement, arrange vehicle maintenance scheduling, hiring, payroll, policy review and creation, security assessments, budgeting & grant preparation and management, project management, parking, security staff training, along with the training of hospital staff and community members on various security and safety related topics., lead Environment of Care, Safety and Emergency Management oversight. Supervises & coordinates the parking and valet services.Education:' High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare or public safety related field preferredLicensures & Certifications:' Valid driver's license and good driving record.' Eligible for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Lethal Weapons Training and Certification (Act 235). Experience:' Minimum ten years of experience in law enforcement preferable in a supervisory and / or security management position.' Experience in leading, motivating and directing a diverse staff' Strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.' Strong customer service skills' Highly motivated individual ' Ability to work independently
