Take ownership of various client groups where you can showcase your ideas and talent acquisition experience, executing full-cycle recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs. Partner with Hiring Managers and Operation Leaders to assist them in hiring the most qualified candidates by providing advice on resources, candidate selection, references, and salary determination while providing a positive candidate experience to every applicant. Create and implement innovative recruitment plans, attend and participate in department and entity-based meetings, formulate reporting to educate and keep client groups in the know, and lead and manage projects within and outside the Talent Acquisition.

Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of recruiting and employment practices and Federal and State Employment
- Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo a plus)
- Proven ability to build and maintain candidate networks and pipelines.
- Demonstrated time management, prioritization, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated customer service and strategic thinking skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to be influential in the recruitment process
- Effective communication skills are required, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated knowledge of screening and selection skills. Must be an effective interviewer
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Must be able to travel locally as needed.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience is required. In lieu of degree, significant additional relevant job experience may be considered.
Licensures/Certifications:
Valid PA Driver’s license
Salary : $74,922 - $116,106
