Position: Nurse Practitioner
Shift: Monday-Friday; day shift
Experience:
1-2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in ambulatory practice.
Strongly preferred: Practice experience in cardiology (general cardiology, heart failure experience a plus) and telemedicine experience with video and phone visits.
Education:
Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program is required.
MSN Required.
Licensures/Certifications:
Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
Require ACLS certification.
May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
