A family office and hedge fund near Paoli is looking to add a portfolio manager or senior porflio manager to their team. Job Summary:

The (Senior) Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing investment strategies, managing asset allocations, and driving portfolio performance in alignment with the firm’s financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial markets, a strong investment track record, and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute investment strategies tailored to the firm’s objectives.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on equities, fixed income, alternatives, and other investment opportunities.
• Manage portfolio risk through effective diversification and hedging strategies.
• Monitor economic, market, and geopolitical trends to assess investment implications.
• Oversee asset allocation and portfolio rebalancing to optimize returns.
• Collaborate with analysts and other investment professionals to enhance decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including fund managers, advisors, and financial institutions.
• Prepare performance reports and present investment recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA or MBA preferred.
• 8 years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of asset allocation, risk management, and investment strategies.
• Proven track record of delivering strong investment performance.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
