Main Sail currently has an opportunity open to support the sustainment of Navy ERP for the Naval Supply Systems Command s (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center in Mechanicsburg, PA. Main Sail will support NAVSUP BSCs with Program Management, Business Process Integration and Management, Functional, Site Transition, Data Management, End User and Knowledge Transfer support for the ongoing sustainment of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program for end users and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Support business process assessments and integration and recommend improvements to business practices within Navy ERP and interfacing systems.
Support cross-functional business process changes and configuration solutions in Navy ERP.
Develop business cases to quantify the benefits of improved processes.
General Requirements:
Knowledge, experience, and functional expertise in DoN ERP and SAP to support NAVSUP and the Navy supply system. This includes functional knowledge/subject matter expertise (SME), business process support, SAP expertise, and expertise in defect analysis, change request or Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) development, operations management, functional integration support, legacy system support, error resolution and analysis, data validation, reporting and metrics support, and data warehousing with a minimum:
-- Senior Level: 10 years of functional SAP experience, of which at least 3 years are DON ERP specific.
-- Mid Level: 5 years of functional SAP experience, of which at least 1 years are DON ERP specific.
-- Junior Level: 1 year of functional SAP experience.
Bachelor s degree or as a substitute for the Bachelor's degree, an Associate Degree with 2 years of additional experience or a High School diploma with 5 years of additional experience may be utilized.
Additional Requirements (Senior-Level Only):
In-depth knowledge, experience in program management support, implementation of standard processes, tools and program planning and control practices.
Must have expert knowledge of project management methodology and tools (Microsoft Project) as demonstrated by PMP or similar certification and/or 5 years of specialized experience.

Period: March 2025 - March 2026, with four additional contract option years
