Looking for a Sr Consultant - Cutover Lead, Full-time

Location : Chicago, IL

Travel Expectations : 2-3 days weekly or every other week through October 2025.

Responsible for managing the critical cutover phase of the implementation project to transition legacy systems to the new ERP system.

Key Qualifications : Experience :

  • Full lifecycle ERP program, ideally Infor, or another significant ERP system – SAP, Oracle, Workday.

Skills and Competencies :

  • Strong project management skills with experience in planning, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex problem resolution.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP system tools and cutover management tools.
