Main Sail is seeking an SAP Functional FI/FM Consultant to support a multi-year U.S. Army Enterprise effort within a complex and demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
The SAP FI/FM consultant is responsible for business process and system analysis, design/translating business requirements to technical requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of components in an enterprise SAP environment. The SAP FI/FM consultant will work closely with architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and resposbilities. The SAP FI/FM consultant is involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of SAP modules and those that interface with other applications. The SAP FI/FM consultant has a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported. The SAP FI/FM consultant will also provide change management and training support.
Qualifications:
Role Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years of SAP Business Analyst experience to include experience in SAP Finance (FI), Funds Management (FM)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Skills desired by not required:
SAP functional/configuration experience; DoD or Public Sector SAP experience a plus
Client-facing experience
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, 4-5 days per week
Period: 1/3/25 - 4/30/25 with two additional option years (4/30/27) likely.
