Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Support the Team in overseeing staff performance and team management.
- Participate in training development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Learn to manage cash handling processes accurately and efficiently.
- Gain experience in both quick service fast environments.
- Collaborate with managers and owner to ensure a smooth daily operation.
- Help coordinate ordering equipment/supplies.
- Uphold company standards for customer service and operational excellence.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service fast paced environment.
- 2 years of managing in a food or beverage establishment.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- A willingness to learn about all aspects of restaurant management, including training development and team dynamics.
- Ability of awareness of daily operations.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
