JOB SUMMARY:
As the Client Sales Specialist, you'll leverage your expertise in sales strategies and exceptional communication skills to develop and maintain new sales pipelines through a combination of cold calls and email campaigns, meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, and help establish a client-centric environment that is second-to-none in our industry! You will also participate in collaboration opportunities both within and outside the family of companies to foster additional growth objectives.
Overview of Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop a sales pipeline consisting of entirely new potential clients (LLC business owners).
- Maximize the use of existing sales pipelines to execute more closed deals.
- Manage the sales process of designated sales pipelines guiding deals from the initial contact all the way to close and the handoff to the Onboarding Team.
- Manage your daily workflow to ensure you are contacting an adequate number of prospective clients via phone call and email each day.
- Utilize our HubSpot CRM to document your daily activities, pull lists reports, and research existing or prospective client information.
- Interpret data to prioritize time and schedules to self-manage and adapt.
- Follow policies and procedures essential for positional growth and personal goal attainment.
- Follow policies and procedures to represent the MSBS Leadership and Vision.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals from cold-to-warm leads.
- Demonstrated track record of excellent customer service spanning at least 3 years.
- Success in generating new leads from cold calls and emails.
- Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Neutral thinking skills to assess situations and plan the next best move.
- Growing experience and interest in time management skills and improving them
- Ability to communicate effectively what you do not know and have questions about.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others through role-model behavior.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
