What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Baker position at Main Street Cafe and Bakery?
We are looking to hire an overnight baker focusing on breakfast and lunch items, including but not limited to: cinnamon rolls, donuts, scones, muffins, poptarts, cookies, and bars.
Most baking shifts are in the evening starting between 6 & 10 pm, ending in the early morning between 3 & 6 am depending on the bake list..
You would be responsible for following receipes, making cinnamon rolls, scones, muffins, poptarts, making butter cream, making cookie dough, making cake batter, baking cakes, cookies, and bars, following guides, proper sanitation, cleaning.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and baking, with a strong focus on pastry techniques
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations within the culinary industry.
- Proficient in knife skills and kitchen operations, with a background in catering and restaurant environments.
- Experience in professional bakeries or other pastry kitchens.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
